Ye Reaches Settlement With Former Assistant Lauren Pisciotta
Attorneys told a Los Angeles judge they have a deal in principle.
Ye is moving to close out one of his most contentious legal fights. Attorneys for the rapper and his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta told a Los Angeles judge on Monday that they had reached a settlement-in-principle in her sexual harassment case, according to AllHipHop.
Pisciotta, 36, began working for Ye in 2021 and filed her initial suit in June 2024, alleging sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination. Her legal team, led by attorney Arick Fudali, later expanded the complaint to include allegations of sex trafficking, assault, stalking and rape. Specific terms of the deal have not been disclosed publicly.
Ye has consistently denied the allegations, with his legal team dismissing the claims as "fantasy fiction" and arguing that each amended version of the complaint contradicted the last. The settlement caps a stretch of employment-related cases for the rapper: in March 2026, he was ordered to pay $140,000 to a former contractor over renovation work on his Malibu property.
