Yung Miami Begs Drake for a 'Spend Dat' Remix Verse
'I want Iceman' — the City Girl makes her pitch on the BET carpet.
Yung Miami knows exactly who she wants on the "Spend Dat" remix. Asked by Complex on the 2026 BET Awards red carpet who should jump on the record, the City Girls rapper and media personality didn't hesitate: "I really want Drake. Champagne Papi. You know we gotta call Drake. Iceman. I want Iceman! Iceman, pick up the phone."
It isn't her first try — and there's history there. Yung Miami previously said Drake left her on read when she pitched him a verse for "Take Me to Chanel," recalling that he simply liked the message. "Drake, don't do that now 'cause when you called me I was there," she joked, making clear there's no real friction between them.
The timing makes sense. "Spend Dat" is having a moment — it currently sits at No. 35 on the Billboard Hot 100, got performed on a float at the Knicks' championship parade, and even drew a spin from Fabolous. A Drake co-sign would only pour gas on it.
